Abdulwahab Al-Nakib

Abdulwahab Ahmad Alnakib, leads as the Chairman and CEO of Noor Holding, a distinguished family office. With a wealth of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Alternative Investments Abdulwahab invests on behalf of the family office in early stage investments along side the Top Venture Capital Firms, he has also started and runs Blue Aviation a ground handling business operating in a few countries alongside a Catering Group.

Abdulwahab also sits on the board of Miami International Holdings it Operates and manages Stock Exchanges Miami Securities Exchange MIAX, MIAX PEARL, MIAX Emerald, the Minneapolis Grain Exchange, Derivatives Clearing Organization and the Bermuda Stock Exchange.

Previously served as the Chairman and Managing Director of Al-Deera Holding, a notable entity listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange. Additionally, Restructured FASTtelco, Kuwait's largest ISP, as its CEO which was then sold to Ooredoo.
He served on multiple Kuwaiti publicly listed boards, IFA Financial Advisors Holding, IFA Hotels and Resorts, and Private companies such as Yotel and XO previously known as JetSmarter which was then acquired by VistaJet.

Al-Nakib earned his BA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.

Thibault Reichelt

Thibault Reichelt is a venture capital investor with an impressive track record. He is also a partner at Unpopular Ventures. Before joining Capitoria, Thibault worked for a sovereign wealth fund and Kirkland & Ellis. Thibault holds a JD from Columbia Law School, a MPhil in Management from the University of Cambridge and was a scholar of the Studienstiftung.

David Raskino

David is Capitoria's technology expert. He is now the CEO of Irreverent Labs, a generative AI company. David spent many years at Microsoft Research and co-founded Microsoft's early-stage investment fund which became Microsoft Ventures. David holds several patents and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of London.

Samy Kabbara

Samy Kabbara drives growth and oversees special situations investments as a Partner at Capitoria. He is also a senior advisor to Guggenheim Securities, the New York based boutique investment bank. Prior to that, he was with Tribe Capital, a San Francisco based venture capital firm where he was focusing on secondary transactions and capital formation. Samy honed his expertise at UBS, initially specializing in M&A banking before transitioning to the Special Situations Team. His focus encompassed managing large financing transactions, technology deals, and IPOs. Samy holds a BSc in Management of Information Systems from Boston University.
